This prestigious Haks Memorial Cup is dedicated to Haks who sadly passed away in 1st January 2025. Professor Hakarai Wilson, known as "Haks" to many, was a rising star in the MMA world, with a professional record of 4-3. He had recently been training in the United States with Bellator MMA. His last fight was in October 2024, where he won by TKO. A Black Belt in BJJ and loved team member at Oliver MMA, Auckland.

Professor Ian Viana
25th August 1991 - 5th August 2023
This prestigious Ian Viana Memorial Cup is dedicated to Professor Ian Viana who sadly passed away on 5th August 2023. Professor Ian was a coach and loved training partner at Tu Kaha HQ Auckland. Ian was a fierce Black Belt competitor yet a gentle giant on the training mats.
